To view student details, go to Student Information > Student Details, then select the Class and Section and click on the Search button. You can also search a student by entering a keyword in the Search Text Box and clicking on the Search button. The list of matching records will appear below on the page. You can view the student list in either List View or Detailed View by selecting the respective tab.
To view a student’s details, click on the Show icon available in the Action column of the student list. Once you click on this icon, the student’s profile page will open. Here, you can check the student’s basic information such as Class, Section, Address Details, Parent/Guardian Details, Hostel Details, and Miscellaneous Details.
To check a student’s and their guardian’s login credentials, click on the Login Details icon available on the right side of the student profile page. Once you click on this icon, a login details modal will open, where you can view the student’s and parent’s login credentials.
If you want to disable a student, click on the Disabled icon located on the right side of the student profile page. When you click on this icon, a confirmation message will appear. After confirming, the Disable Student modal will open. Here, you need to select the Reason, enter the Date and Note, and then click on the Save button. The student will then be marked as disabled.
