How to assign route to student?

To assign a route to a student, go to the student’s Edit Profile page. From there, select the desired Route from the list, set the Pickup Point and Month, and then click the Save button.

Note: Transport fees are collected through the Fees Collection Module. You can create a Fees Group for transportation and then add a Fees Master for the transport route. After student admission, these fees can be applied to an individual student or a group of students.

Transport routes do not have a direct connection with the fees module. The main purpose of the Transport Module is to allow parents to track details such as routes, vehicles, and drivers, while the school manages these records. For transport fee collection, you need to create different Fees Groups according to the transport packages offered. The relevant transport fee group should be assigned to the student based on the package chosen, regardless of which transport route is assigned in the admission form.
