How to Assign Fees during Student Enrolment?

To assign fees during Student Enrolment, go to Student Information > Online Admission. A list of students will appear, and in the Action column you will see the Edit icon.

If the fee was not paid at the time of online admission, you will need to enrol the student manually. To do this, click on the Edit icon in the Action column. A confirmation modal will appear — click OK to proceed. The Student Admission Form will open, where you can easily assign multiple fees under Fee Details and also assign transport fees under Transport Details.

In the Fee Details section, multiple fee options are displayed. Each fee has a Plus (+) icon and a checkbox next to it. By clicking the Plus icon, you can expand and view details such as Fee Type, Due Date, and Amount. To assign a fee to the student, simply check the corresponding checkbox.

You can also assign transport fees to a student through the Transport Details section in the Student Admission Form. To do this, first select the Route from the available route list, then choose the Pickup Point. After that, open the Fee Month dropdown — all months will be displayed. Simply check the box for the months you want the transport fee to be applied to that student.
