To enable or disable the Teacher API Credential, the Superadmin/Admin must log in to FiNIMS. In this setting, you can restrict teachers to use only the Global API Key by disabling the Teacher API Credential option. To do this, navigate to Zoom Live Classes > Settings on the left sidebar. Here you will find the Teacher API Credential option with Enable and Disable radio buttons. If you want to allow teachers to generate and use their own API credentials, select the Enable option; otherwise, select Disable and click on the Save button. Once disabled, teachers will not be able to create live classes using their own API credentials and will be limited to using only the Global API Key for creating Zoom Live Classes.
Note:

To create a Zoom Live Class using a teacher’s API key credentials, it must be scheduled through the Timetable. If the Live Class is created using the Add Class button, it will always use the Global API Key instead.

To set up a Live Class with the teacher’s own API key, log in to the teacher account, go to Zoom Live Classes, and first add the teacher’s Zoom API Key and Secret Key from the Add Credential option.
Now, click on the created Timetable. This will open the Add Live Class window. Enter the required Zoom Live Class details and then click on the Save button. The class will be added to the Live Classes record list and will display API Used as Self.
