Lesson Plan module is one of the most effective tools to track your institute’s academic progress by monitoring the syllabus completion status in percentage. Each class section is assigned subjects, and every subject is linked with a syllabus that contains lessons, chapters, or units. These lessons or units are further divided into topics, and topics may also include sub-topics.

A lesson plan defines what a teacher will teach in a particular class and section during a specific day and period. With the help of a lesson plan, teachers can distribute the syllabus topics across different time periods throughout the academic session. This not only helps teachers stay organized but also allows students to know what they will learn in upcoming classes or review what they have studied earlier. For best results, teachers are encouraged to prepare lesson plans at least one week in advance.

The module also allows uploading recorded class lectures and attaching teaching materials for reference.

Lesson Plan Module Workflow: First, add all lessons under a subject. Then, define all topics under each lesson. Next, teachers can create lesson plans for selected periods from their timetable. After completing a topic, it can be marked as completed. Finally, lesson plan reports can be generated for progress tracking.
