The Live Class module enables the creation of real-time classes for students and meetings for staff members. Teachers or authorized personnel can schedule live classes based on the timetable, and students can join these classes through the student panel or mobile app.

It is recommended to use a paid Google Meet account to run multiple classes or meetings simultaneously, as free accounts have a 60-minute limit and allow only one live session at a time.

Since Google Meet does not provide an API or SDK for creating meetings directly, meetings must be created manually in Google Meet. After creating a meeting, copy the meeting URL and enter it when adding a Live Class or Meeting in the Institute Management System.

Workflow: Superadmin, Admin, or Teacher should obtain the Google Meet link from their account and use it when adding a Live Class or Meeting. Students can then join the live class, staff can join the meeting, and attendance or join reports can be monitored.

Note: The Google Meet Live Class is an add-on for the Institute Management System. To use this feature, it must be purchased separately and installed in your system.
