How to add Question Bank?

To add a question in the Question Bank:

  1. Go to Online Examinations > Question Bank.

  2. Click on the Add Question button located at the top-right corner of the Question Bank page.

    • This will open the Question modal.

  3. Fill in the required details:

    • Subject

    • Question Type

    • Question Level

    • Class

    • Section

    • Question

  4. After entering the details, click on the Save button.

  5. The added question will now be visible in the Question Bank page.

Note: The MathType plugin is a premium tool.  In the Institute Management System, you can search records by selecting details such as class, section, subject, question type, and question level. After entering the required information, the matching records will be displayed at the bottom of the page.

To View question in detail, you can click on View icon which is showing in the Action column.

To edit a question, click the Edit icon, and to remove a question, click the Delete icon available on the Question Bank page.

If you want to remove multiple records at once, you can use the Bulk Delete option. Simply click the Bulk Delete button located at the top-right corner of the page. A confirmation window will appear; after clicking OK, all selected questions will be deleted successfully.
