About Online Admission?

The Online Admission module in FiN IMS provides applicants a simple and unified platform to complete their admission forms online and make payments digitally. It comes with features like Online Payment Gateway, automated SMS, and Email notifications for both application submission and confirmation of admission. Through this module, students can enter their details, review the submitted information, track application and payment status, and download/print the online admission fee receipt.

How to manage online admission setting?

To configure the online admission settings, login as Superadmin/Admin and navigate to System Setting > Online Admission Setting. You will be redirected to the Online Admission Setting page, where you can manage both Online Admission Form Settings and Online Admission Field Settings.

 Here, you can enable/disable online admission and payment options using toggle buttons. You can also define the admission fee structure and other related options.

How to fill online admission form?

To fill out the online admission form, visit the FiN IMS domain and click on the Online Admission tab. Enter the required information under:

  • Basic Details (Class, First Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email)

  • Parent Details (Father Name, Father Phone, Father Occupation, Mother Name, Mother Phone, Mother Occupation)

  • Guardian Details (Guardian Name, Relation, Email, Phone, Occupation, Address, Photo if applicable)

After filling, review the details and proceed with submission.

How to review online admission form details?

To review the submitted admission form, open the FiN IMS domain, go to Online Admission tab, and click on Check Your Form Status. Enter your 6-digit Reference Number and Date of Birth, then click Submit. You will be redirected to the Online Admission Review Details page where your form data and application status will be displayed.
Note – Once the admin confirms your enrollment, you won’t be able to edit or review the form details.

How to print online admission form receipt?

To print the receipt, open the Online Admission Review Details page and click on the Print icon available at the top of the page.

How to check online admission student list?

To view the list of online admission applicants, login as Superadmin/Admin, then go to Student Information > Online Admission. You will see details such as Reference Number, Student Name, Class, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Form Status, and Payment Status.
To print a student’s details, click on the Print icon in the Action column. It will open the Online Admission Review Details page where you can again click the Print option.
Note – If you need to verify a student’s full record, use the provided review option.

How to check online admission fees collection report?

To check the admission fee collection, login as Superadmin/Admin, then go to Report > Finance, and click on Online Admission Fees Collection Report. Choose the Search Type, then click Search to view all student payment details.
