Student/Parent Module is designed for student and parent (guardian) logins.
The parent login actually works as the guardian login, which is created at the time of student admission. That’s why this panel is also known as the Guardian Panel. Separate login credentials are generated for the guardian.

The features in the Student and Parent modules are almost the same, but the main difference is:

  • From the Parent Panel, you can view the list of classes for all your children.

  • From the Student Panel, you can only access the classes related to that specific student’s account.

If a student is enrolled in multiple classes, the system will ask you to select a class. (For parents with more than one child, it will display all the classes of all children). The class you choose will be saved as your default class, and the next time you log in, the system will directly open that class. You can later switch your class anytime using the Class Switcher option available at the top-right corner.

Through the Student/Parent Module in the Institute Management System, users can access the Through the Institute Management System, students and parents can easily access different sections such as their Profile details, Fees information, Class Timetable, Lesson Plans, and Syllabus Progress. They can also check Homework, Online Exams, Leave Applications, and important study materials in the Download Center. In addition, the module provides access to Attendance records, Examination details, Notice Board updates, and Teacher’s Remarks. Other useful options include Library services, Transport Routes, and Hostel Room information, making it a complete solution for managing student and parent needs in one place.
