How to add content type?

In FiNIMS, a content type is used to categorize digital resources into groups for better organization. Examples include:

  • Documents (Word, PDF, etc.)

  • Images (photos, graphics, illustrations)

  • Videos (recordings, animations, tutorials)

Classifying resources into these content types makes it easier for students and teachers to search, manage, and access learning material.

How to view Content Share List?

The Content Share List displays all the resources that have been uploaded and shared for use. This list may include documents, images, videos, or links to external resources.
To view it, go to Download Center > Content Share List. This feature helps in tracking shared content and makes it easier for both teachers and students to quickly access available learning materials.

How to upload and share content?

Go to Download Center > Upload / Share Content to open the content list. Use the search bar to find existing resources.
To upload new content, click on the Upload button at the top-right corner. A form will appear where you can:

  • Select a Content Type

  • Upload a File or add a YouTube Video Link

After saving, the content will be successfully uploaded and will appear in the list for sharing.

How to add video Tutorial?

To add a video tutorial, go to Download Center > Video Tutorial. The tutorial list will display previously uploaded videos.
Click the +Add button at the top-right corner to open the Add Video Tutorial form. Fill in details such as Class, Section, Title, YouTube Video Link, and Description. Save the entry to add it to the tutorial list. Uploaded tutorials can later be searched and accessed from this list.
