About Fees Collection
The Fees Collection module allows you to easily handle student fee records and related information. Fee structures are prepared session-wise, meaning data must be entered separately for each session. This feature lets you collect fees, apply discounts, and track payments through payment IDs. The process starts with setting up Fee Types, Fee Groups, Fee Masters, and Fee Reminders for the active session.

How to add Fees Type?
To create a new fee type, go to Fees Collection > Fees Type. Enter the Name, Fee Code, and Description, then save the record. The added fee type will appear in the list on the right side, where you can also edit or delete it when required.

How to add Fees Group?
Go to Fees Collection > Fees Group to set up a group of fees. A fee group combines different categories such as admission fees, transport charges, class installments, or exam fees. Enter the name and description, then save it. All created groups will be displayed in the list on the right side, with options to edit or delete them.

How to add Fees Master?
In Fees Collection > Fees Master, select a Fee Group, Fee Type, and Due Date, then enter the amount. Choose the fine type (none, percentage, fixed, or cumulative) if needed, and save the record. Saved records appear in the Fees Master list, and if cumulative fines are enabled, details will be visible in the report.

How to add Fees Discount?
Navigate to Fees Collection > Fees Discount to create a discount. Provide the discount name, code, type (percentage or fixed), and description, then save. Discounts appear in the Discount List and can be assigned to students. For example, a 10% or 20% discount can be applied for percentage type, while a fixed amount discount reduces a specific value from the total fee.

How to add Collect Fees?
Go to Fees Collection > Collect Fees. Select Class and Section, then click Search. The list of students will appear, where you can view details by clicking the Collect Fees button. The student’s full fee details will be displayed, and you can proceed to collect the payment by adding it in the system.

How to search Fees Payment?
In Fees Collection > Search Fees Payment, enter a Payment ID to search for specific records. The matching payment details will be displayed in a list. You can click the View button to see the full information for that payment ID.

How to search Due Fees?
Go to Fees Collection > Search Due Fees to check overdue payments. You can select single, multiple, or all fee groups, such as admission, tuition, transport, or balance fees. After selecting Class and Section, click Search to view the list of students who still have pending fees.

How to Carry Forward Fees ?
To move pending amounts from one session to the next, go to Fees Collection > Fees Carry Forward. Search using Class and Section to see balances from the previous session. To define carry forward due dates, navigate to System Settings > General Settings and adjust the fee settings accordingly.
How to use Fees Reminder?
Open Fees Collection > Fees Reminder to set up notifications for parents. Two options are available: before and after reminders. For example, if a reminder is set for 3 days before the due date, parents will automatically receive a notification 3 days earlier.

How to check Fees Statement report?
Go to Report > Finance > Fees Statement. Select Class, Section, and Student, then click Search. The system will generate a complete statement of the student’s fees.

How to check Balance Fees report?
Navigate to Report > Finance > Balance Fees Report. Choose Class, Section, and Search Type (all, balance, or paid), then search to view the results. The report will display payment details according to the selected filter.

How to check Fees Collection Report?
In Report > Finance > Fees Collection Report, you can generate reports by selecting duration, class, section, fee type, and other filters. Click Search to display the collection records according to your criteria.

Go to Report > Finance > Online Fees Collection Report. Select the search type, then click Search to view all online fee collection records within the chosen parameters.

How student can view fees Details?
After logging into the student panel, go to the sidebar and click on the Fees section. Students can view their fee details and, if an online payment gateway is active, also pay their fees directly.

How to check balance fees statement?
Go to Report > Finance > Balance Fees Statement. Select Class and Section, then click Search to view the balance statement. Results will show pending amounts for the chosen students.

How to check daily collection report?
Navigate to Report > Finance > Daily Collection Report. Choose a date range (From – To), then click Search. The report will display all collections recorded within that period.

How to check Balance Fees Report with Remark report?
Go to Report > Finance > Balance Fees Report with Remark. Select Class and Section, then click Search. The report will show detailed information such as student name, admission number, class, section, total fees, amount paid, balance, and any remarks added.

How to check income expense balance report?
In Report > Finance > Income Expense Balance Report, select a search type such as monthly or yearly. Click Search to generate a report showing school income, expenses, and the overall financial balance for the selected period.
