About Human Resource

The Human Resource section is responsible for managing staff, handling attendance, and overseeing payroll activities.
Human Resource module workflow – Start by creating Departments, Designations, and Leave Types. Then, add staff members to the Staff Directory, manage daily attendance, process payroll, apply and approve leaves, track teacher ratings, and manage disabled staff. If you need additional fields in staff forms, you can configure them using the Custom Fields option in System Settings.

How to add Department?

Go to Human Resource > Department, enter the department name, and save it. The record will appear in the Department List on the right side. Use the Edit option to update details or Delete to remove the entry.

How to add Designation?

Navigate to Human Resource > Designation, enter the designation name, and save. The record will be visible in the Designation List. You can edit or delete entries from the list as needed.

How to add Leave Type?

Go to Human Resource > Leave Type, enter the leave type name, and save. It will appear in the Leave Type List. You can edit or delete leave types from the same list.

How to add Staff Directory?

Open Human Resource > Staff Directory and click on the Add Staff button. A form will appear where you must fill in details such as Staff ID, Role, Designation, Department, Name, Email, Gender, Date of Birth, Date of Joining, Phone, Emergency Contact, Marital Status, Address, Qualification, Work Experience, and upload a photo. Save the form to add the staff member.

How to Import Staff?

In Human Resource > Staff Directory, click Import Staff. Follow the instructions provided on the Staff Import page. You can upload multiple staff records at once using a CSV file. A sample CSV file can be downloaded by clicking on the “Download Sample Import File” option.

How to mark Staff Attendance?

Go to Human Resource > Staff Attendance, select the Role and Date, then search. The staff list will appear, and you can mark attendance using three methods:

  1. Manual Entry

  2. Biometric

  3. QR Code / Barcode
    For manual entry, simply mark each staff member’s attendance. The “Set attendance for all staff” option can also be used for bulk updates.

How to generate Payroll for Staff members?

Open Human Resource > Payroll, choose the Role, Month, and Year, then search. A list of staff with their payroll status will appear. Click Generate Payroll in the Action column to open the payroll form, where you can enter earnings, deductions, and finalize salary details.

How to Apply Leave?

Go to Human Resource > Apply Leave and click on the Apply Leave button. Fill in details such as Apply Date, Available Leave, Leave Dates, Reason, and upload documents if necessary. Save the entry to submit the leave request. You can also view details or delete a request from the leaves list.

How to Approve Leave Request?

Navigate to Human Resource > Approve Leave Request, then click on Add Leave Request. Enter details like Role, Name, Apply Date, Leave Type, Leave Dates, Reason, Notes, and Document. Save the request, and use the View option to review details. Approved requests will update the staff leave records.

How to view Teachers rating?

In Human Resource > Teachers Rating, you can view ratings and reviews submitted by students. Use the Approve button in the Action column to approve a review or the Delete option to remove it.

How to view Disabled Staff?

Go to Human Resource > Disabled Staff, select Role or enter a keyword to search for staff. A list of disabled staff will be displayed. Click Show on the staff card to view details such as Profile, Payroll, Leaves, Attendance, and Documents. You can edit staff details if required.

How to check Payroll Report?

Navigate to Report > Human Resource > Payroll Report. Select Role, Month, and Year, then search. The payroll report will display information such as Role, Designation, Month-Year, Payslip Number, Basic Salary, Earnings, and Deductions.

How student can check teacher review?

After logging into the student panel, click on Teacher Review from the sidebar. Students can view existing reviews and ratings. To submit feedback, click on the Add option in the Rate column, provide a rating and comment, then save it.
