How to add the new branch in FiNIMS home branch?

To create a new branch, log in through the super admin panel and navigate to Multi Branch > Settings. Click on the + Add New button to open the branch setup window. Enter your Envato Purchase Code, and if required, set the branch login as default by checking the option. Next, provide the hostname, database name, username, and password, then click Verify & Save to finalize.

How to edit a branch?

To modify branch details, go to the Settings option and click the edit button. An Edit Branch window will appear where you can update the required details. After making changes, click on Verify & Save to apply the updates successfully.

How to delete the branch?

To remove a branch, click the cross icon on the top right corner of the branch. A confirmation window will pop up. Click OK to confirm, and the branch will be deleted.

How to switch the branch?

To change the current branch, select the Switch Branch option located at the top right corner. A switch window will open where you can select the desired branch using the radio button. After choosing, click Update to confirm the switch.

How to check Multi Branch overview?

The Multi Branch Overview helps you see the complete details of each branch through different modules. Open the left sidebar, click Multi Branch, then select Overview. This page displays detailed information tables for multiple modules including Fees, Transportation, Admissions, Library, and Alumni Students.

How to check multi branch report?

To view reports, go to Multi Branch > Report. Here, you can access different reports like Daily Collection, Payroll, Income, Expense, and User Logs. For example, in the Daily Collection report, select the date range you want to check and click Search to generate the report between those dates.
