How to check the list of incidents?

To see the incident list, go to Behaviour Records > Incidents. The page will display a table with columns like Title, Points, and Description. The Title shows the incident name, while Points indicate if it’s positive or negative. Positive points reward students, and negative points reduce their behaviour score.

How to edit the incidents in the incident list?

To update an incident, open Behaviour Records > Incidents. In the Action column, click the edit icon next to the record you want to change. An Edit Incident window will open where you can modify the title, points, or description. After updating, click Save to apply changes.

To delete an incident, go to Behaviour Records > Incidents. In the Action column, click the cross (delete) icon next to the record you want to remove. A confirmation message will appear—click OK to confirm deletion.

To add a new incident, go to Behaviour Records > Incidents. On the top-right, click the + Add button. In the Add Incident form, fill out required fields like Title, Points, and Description. After entering the details, click Save to add the record.

To assign an incident, first select the class and section at the top and click Search. A list of students will appear based on the selected criteria. From the assign incident list, select the student and link the incident accordingly.

To view assigned incidents, open Behaviour Records > Assign Incident. In the Action column, click the list icon. The Assigned Incident page will display details including the incident title, positive or negative points, date, and description.

To check behaviour reports, go to Behaviour Records > Reports. You can access different types such as Student Incident Report, Behaviour Rank Report, Class-wise and Section-wise Rank Reports, House-wise Rank Report, and Incident-wise Report. Select the required criteria to generate the report.

How can we check the student’s behaviour report in his profile?

To see a behaviour report from a student’s profile, go to Student Information > Student Details. Choose the class and section, then click Search. Select the student’s name, open their profile, and click on the Student Behaviour tab to view the report.

How to comment on an incident?

To enable comments on incidents, open Behaviour Records > Settings. You will find options for students and parents. Tick the boxes to allow them to comment, then click Save. Once enabled, the allowed users can add comments on incidents.
